     Deciding to become initiated into the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Light is the best decision I’ve ever made. The experience was made all the better by the incredibly dedicated Guides, Amanda Jones and David Recht. They are true champions in creating a beautiful, authentic, sacred environment that starts the second you walk into the temple and stays with you long after you leave. I’ve never before been to a ‘workshop’ where the curriculum was presented so clearly and step-by-step. I’ve always believed in the balance of the intellect and feeling I felt like I totally understood what was being taught and the knowledge made room for me to dissolve into the energy and feeling of the evening initiation. I felt so clean and at peace afterward, like my entire being was working in perfect synchronicity. Its been a week and that feeling has not yet left. For the first time, I feel empowered and in charge of my spiritual growth. I am finally putting my words and thoughts into action and witnessing undreamed of progress in a short amount of time.      Re: Energy Flow at Adept Initiation - Last night I was at the Crystal Temple to help hold energy for the Adept Initiation. 5 new Adepts were being initiated. My position was right in front of the alter. Many of you know, that is the location of the chakra tower system. During the previous 2 initiations I assisted in at the temple, I could feel the energy of the initiation! I was very surprised the first time and very happy the second time! Both times I could feel the energy flowing, but the second time, the energy in my hands was very intense! They actually hurt a little!
     During this Adept Initiation, the energy was flowing just as well. At least it was for the first 2 initiates. I could feel a lot in my forearms! The next 3 were even more intense! During each of the next 3 initiations, at one point the energy was flowing so strong, it briefly felt as though my forearms were ready to catch of fire!!! That is at one point during each of the 3 initiations! After each individual initiation, I could feel the energy decrease. By the time David or Amanda were doing the next initiation; the energy had gone back up to where it was during the previous one! Feeling so much energy was incredible!!! Yet I know that David and Amanda have many times more energy flowing through them!!! After the initiations were all finished, my forearms were a little achy by my wrists. Today, only my left forearm hurt a little. I was at the temple for a couple of hours this afternoon and after I made it home, I realized that my left forearm is almost fine now. My main point is that I feel I have received a big healing through this initiation. The last 4 mornings, I woke up unhappy. This morning I woke up happy, with tears in my eyes. I felt reminded of how wonderful I felt last spring during teachers. For the last month, I have been carrying around anger and resentment for my old girlfriend. Only for a couple of days last month did it subside and then came back. Well now it seams to be all gone!!! I feel so relieved not to have that anger and resentment for a past loved one. On the drive home Saturday night, I actually missed her some and had some tears for a little bit. Many of you can probably relate to having anger and or resentment for some one else and wished you could rid yourself of feeling that way.      I received your flier today, and normally I don’t read it much as I am not in Portland, so it’s too far to attend many of these courses (the ones I have not previously attended). But today, I decided to print it out and read it. I wanted to comment on truly what a beautiful flier the two of you constantly put out. You’ve definitely got a good first impression working for you. Also, not just beautiful, but the content is great. I can’t just skim past stuff as with other flyers. I found myself reading about the many classes I’ve already taken and knew so much about. I’m really proud of how you two have put together such an amazingly beautiful and energetic (duh!) space, a full and profound schedule, and such a beautiful flyer to advertise it all. You two have down so much wonderful work and it’s very apparent. I just wanted to acknowledge your efforts, and since you’re both so busy (don’t deny it!) encourage you both to pause and acknowledge and celebrate your extraordinary achievement, because it truly is extraordinary.      First of all, I have to say how beautiful and powerful the Adept Initiation was for me. I have studied and practiced many sacred paths of spirituality, and nothing has ever touched my heart and soul the way this has. I didn’t even know what I was in for when I showed up last Saturday! I am honored and excited to be a part of the Great White Brotherhood/Sisterhood of Light, and to have you both as Guides and Ritual Masters. I am also wonderfully surprised at how quickly things are manifesting for me in this dimension. I am thinking things and asking for help from my guides and just like that, they are created and happening. Thank you so much for bringing the Crystal Temple to life.      I decided to get the Adept Initiation after noticing that I did not need my fibromyalgia medication while working in and being at the Temple (there were other factors but living un-medicated was the clincher). The class and initiation itself was a powerful experience. There are a lot of useful techniques and fascinating cosmology in the class, and the initiation ceremony was like a very vivid dream. The most meaningful thing about it is the sense of community it fosters, and the feeling that I am now a part of a group of sincere, open-minded and interesting people. I had that feeling before the initiation, but now there is a definite feeling of commitment; a sense that an outward communication of my feelings has been successful. Without exception, the people I have met here at the Crystal Temple are people I would be happy to meet anywhere, and it is a rare group I can say that about. ~Adam Rodrigo 10/10/07

     I went into the Adept driven primarily by curiosity, unclear as to what its full implications were or what to expect from the day and the days that followed. While there was an abundance of information passed along, what struck me the most were the waves of energy I could feel radiating through the room come time for initiation, the physical resistance which it created and the very real sense that something greater than I had grasped was taking place. The following weeks are hard to describe. I am only beginning my relationship with the mystery schools and assume every experience is quite personal. For myself; by morning there had been an unconscious yet profound shift. I felt elated; like the weight of trying to make sense of the world, and more so, the people within it had been lifted. Not because I had clarity on any given subject – just that my free-floating anxiety dissipated, replaced with a sense of calm and even adoration for everything from the complexity of the human condition to the light on the bridge and the smell of the city. It was as if I finally had a glimmer of perspective. Un-invasive perspective on how simple, yet complex, (yet simple) the whole lot is. What is most striking, is that this wasn’t an analytical feeling – nothing I had to think through… but from the marrow clarity; sweet and simple. A touch of love, a touch of the divine. And, I feel like this is only the tip of what’s available, and made accessible through the Crystal Temple.      The Adept Initiation is one of the most powerful experiences of my life; it has greatly accelerated my spiritual growth and connection to the higher realms.      I know I have been a part of the Mystery School since "forever" and now I am finally coming back home. I am going to get initiated back into the school soon. We're trying to set up a weekend class in June taught by two "guides" from Ashland. I have dreamed for the past three nights that demand for the DNA Activations is high and I need to take the classes with the Mystery School ASAP to learn to perform the DNA Activations for my clients. I can't wait to do this! Everything I have read about the Mystery School and everything David has shared with me feels so familiar, so right on, and so in alignment with what I have always believed. And as for David, he is the most loving, kind, gentle, thoughtful, free-spirited, fun, happy-go-lucky, talented, gifted, and super-intelligent, scientifically minded, powerful light worker I have ever met!      When David activated my DNA - I became a bird, which I was told by Sunshine, my American Indian friend in Florida, was a golden eagle. I can still feel the feathers although they are not as pronounced as they were for the days immediately following the activation. Everyone around me says that they see a big change. Some are saying I am more 'centered'. Some are saying I am more 'powerful.' Some are saying that my energy is 'smoother.' I feel different. I feel as though I can do anything. Something is happening to us and it is fascinating and I am in awe.    (I wrote that the feathers weren't as pronounced........well, they just reasserted themselves and I can really feel them right now. I think they are telling me - yes we are here - you are an eagle.......very strange....do you know how hard it is to type with talons??...) ~Love, Cheryl 4/28/04

     David is a profound healer. Prior to my DNA activation with David I always experienced what felt a gray cloud hanging over me. Since my activation feel like I now stand above this cloud. I feel like I have been catapulted into a new dimension of thinking, of being and of living. I find new experiences presenting themselves to me. While these experiences did exist prior to this work, it was in a much more limited fashion, and took so much more effort to find these experiences. After my time with David it seems as if these experiences have multiplied by one hundred fold and the opportunities to heal are literally everywhere I turn.      David, I wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the sacred geometry class and the channeling class. Both of these have helped me to expand my awareness and increase my sensitivity to the higher realms. I've done a walking meditation for some time that connects me with the elements. Now I understand why. I was standing at the edge a creek bed in the deep forest of Saddle Mountain doing a grounding meditation to connect to Mother Earth yesterday. I looked up afterward and noticed that I had been doing it under two fallen trees that formed a gigantic triangle. I'm seeing sacred symbols all around me now.      Hi David, It's been a while since we've seen each other and/or talked, so I never got a chance to formerly thank you for the service you did for me. As a light worker myself, I understand the importance of healing, awakening, and opening myself up to the light, love, and mysteries of the world. I understand the importance of helping people heal and I understand the importance of helping to heal others. It is this importance that creates communities of "like" people in a cause to further the advancement of others, ourselves, and of God's work. We are true key players in the wonderful act of love. We go beyond ourselves more than we know and you are a perfect example of that. David, what you have done for me is something unique and incredible. When you conducted the DNA Activation on me, I saw something that I have never experienced. When you worked on me, a vibrant of colors exploded in my mind's eye before me. I have always been able to see in black and white, with my eyes closed, when doing energy work on others and when energy work is done on me, but, with you, something else activated in me to where I could see (again, with my eyes closed, because I can see in color with my eyes open) what you were doing, even though you, at the time, stood behind me and worked on my DNA. I watched as you worked with my eyes closed. If none of this makes sense, then let me say this: You are a gifted light worker and a true hero to be in service such as you are. You have helped me out greatly and in ways that I can't express. I am very lucky to have met you and I consider the work that you are doing very important and very strong.
